At CoreWell Collective, we are committed to ensuring that your order is processed and delivered efficiently, transparently, and in compliance with South African consumer protection legislation. We partner with reputable third-party courier service providers to fulfil and deliver orders nationwide.
1. Shipping Locations
Most orders are dispatched from our primary warehouse located in Sandton, South Africa. However, to ensure optimal delivery times and stock availability, certain orders may be fulfilled from alternative holding locations across South Africa. International orders may be fulfilled from our suppliers directly to your door.
2. Delivery Fees
- The courier fee is determined by the respective courier services and applies to all orders and the destination.
- Delivery is door-to-door within South Africa.
- Delivery is door-to-door for international customers. Please note that all correct information must be provided to the courier company to ensure no delays to the delivery of your package.
- Delivery fees are clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received and reflected on our system.
- Processing typically takes 3 to 5 business days, which includes order verification and quality inspection.
- Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.
4. Courier Services
CoreWell Collective utilises the services of established and reputable courier companies, including but not limited to:
- CourierIT
- The Courier Guy
- Internet Express
- Fastway Couriers
- Dawn Wing
- RAM
- Aramex
- SNN Couriers
The selection of courier is based on destination, service efficiency, and operational requirements.
5. Delivery Timeframes
- Once an order has been collected by the courier, a tracking number will be issued and uploaded to your order.
- Estimated delivery time is 3 to 6 business days from courier pickup, depending on your location and the courier’s service levels within South Africa.
- Estimated international time is 7 to 15 business days from courier pickup, depending on your location internationally and clearance of customs.
- While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, CoreWell Collective cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier operational issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Tracking & Communication
- Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery progress using the provided tracking number.
- Should any delivery delays or issues arise, please contact us with your order number and tracking reference so that we can liaise with the courier on your behalf.
7. Consumer Rights & Liability
- All deliveries are handled by third-party courier service providers acting as independent contractors.
- Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the specified address, in line with applicable consumer legislation.
- CoreWell Collective remains committed to assisting customers in resolving delivery disputes in good faith, as required under the Consumer Protection Act.
